COCO REVIEWS OUR SHOW AT ZUZU'S
FROM THE DESK OF COCO ROY...
Sunday is the day of worship... and that's why GONE BAD played a ROCK N ROLL show. Last Sunday night, we got the inside of ZUZU's all hot and sweaty with the help of THE PINK PARTS. The Pink Parts killed it as usual and I can't stress enough how much I love watching them play. After the crowd got their first round of rock worship in, we took the stage (and by stage, i mean floor). We kicked it off with "Midnight Love" to get the crowd moving. By the second song, I already had a ton of beer spit in my face courtesy of this guy Dan. I knew then it was gonna be a good night.
We rocked. We rolled. We jumped over chairs and felt up a few patrons. Andy rocked so hard that he busted the head of his kick drum. As a result, we ended up creating a make-shift kick drum from the floor tom and Emily G sat on it to keep it from moving. It was like some weird art school shit. ALL HAIL ROCK N ROLL!!!!!
